1. Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale
    By submitting their purchase order electronically, the Customer accepts the general terms and conditions set out below, declaring that they have read and accepted all the information provided to them.
  2. Right of Withdrawal
    The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods, in compliance with Legislative Decree 206/05, by notifying us with:

The refund will take place after receipt of the products by Nocerino Vini di Nocerino Marco Vincenzo and will be paid to the Paypal account or Credit Card used for the purchase; alternatively, the Customer can communicate the IBAN code of the bank or postal account where he/she would like the amount to be credited.

To make use of the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:.

  • The Customer expresses his wish to withdraw from the contract in the manner described above.
  • The purchased products are undamaged and returned in their original packaging without any signs of wear and tear.
  • Products are returned within 15 days from the date of notification of withdrawal.
  • The shipping costs for the return are borne by the Customer.

  2. Orders and Methods of Payment
    Orders are accepted in the online shop via Paypal and Stripe payment gateways.
    The data provided to the latter are for the sole purpose of proceeding with payment and not for any other purpose outside the terms of use of the same.
    For special requirements, a request for a quote may be sent to vini.nocerino@libero.it.  The Customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, an e-mail confirming that the order has been placed and indicating the relevant order number.

The order will only be considered accepted by Nocerino Vini di Nocerino Marco Vincenzo once payment has been made and the products are available for printing.

  1. Shipping
    Orders are processed within 4 working days of receipt of payment. Delivery is normally expected within 14 days from the date of placing the order.
    Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded from the calculation of shipping times.
    The actual delivery times do not depend on Nocerino Vini di Nocerino Marco Vincenzo and are tracked by the reference couriers.

Due to the Covid-19 emergency delays are possible in all shipments up to 7 days, even the fastest ones, for which Nocerino Vini di Nocerino Marco Vincenzo is not responsible for the delay, nor is any refund due.

Sales to other countries are accepted but it is preferable to proceed by telephone contact..

    All prices on the website include VAT. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice; however, orders in progress will not be affected even if not yet processed.

Nocerino Vini di Nocerino Marco Vincenzo undertakes to promptly inform the client of any unforeseeable stock-outs or impossibility of printing due to excess demand or other causes.

If the requested device is not available, but a device with superior or similar characteristics is available, able to guarantee identical results and usability, Nocerino Vini di Nocerino Marco Vincenzo will send the device in question in place of the unavailable one.

In the event that a device is supplied in this manner, the user implicitly accepts delivery of the same as a replacement already at the time of ordering, so the product is not subject to the right of withdrawal unless the aforementioned conditions are met.
